В 7Б кл. по теме : “Healthy body-Healthy mind”

Цели урока:
Активизация изученной лексики по теме "Здоровый образ жизни"; Систематизация предметных знаний, универсальных учебных действий (решение предметных задач).
Задачи урока:
1) Учебный аспект: - Тренировать в речи учащихся изученную лексику теме "Здоровый образ жизни" и грамматические структуры; - Формировать коммуникативную компетенцию учащихся при решении коммуникативных задач; - Совершенствовать навыки аудирования (с полным пониманием текста). 2) Развивающий аспект: Развивать: - память, логическое и творческое мышление; - коммуникативные навыки учащихся; - лингвистические (языковые) способности; - личностную активность (высказывать свою точку зрения). 3) Воспитательный аспект: - Воспитывать у учащихся здоровые привычки; - Приобщать учащихся к здоровому образу жизни. 4) Познавательный аспект: - Прививать интерес учащихся к изучаемому языку через тему урока; - Познакомить учащихся с новой формой стихосложения.
Ход занятия

I. Начало урока

T: There are a lot of proverbs about health and healthy living guide. All of you know the English proverb “Health is better than wealth.” T: What does it mean? P: It means that nothing is more important for people than health. It means that when you lose it you can’t buy it for money. It is very important to go in for different kinds of sport, to eat proper food and do it regularly, not to smoke and so on if you want to be healthy. And today we’ll speak about health and healthy living guide. T: Good, thank you. Sit down, please.

T: We are sure that health is a very important thing for all people. Some people care about their health, others don’t. T: What good / health habits do people have? P 1 : People with good habits follow a well-balanced diet, eat wholemeal bread, high fibre food, low fat food, vegetables and fruit, which are rich in vitamins and minerals. P 2 : People get up early, exercise every day, go in for sports, try to have regular rest. P 3 : I think that it is necessary to take care of our health. People should take a shower, clean teeth twice a day, sleep 8 hours, cut out snacks. They shouldn’t smoke and drink alcohol.

T: We know that not all people follow a healthy living guide. They have bad habits. What are they? P 1 : Two of them – obesity and physical inactivity are known from ancient times. Every person should go in for sports, because it helps us to stay in a good shape and to build character. P 2 : I think that obesity is one of some problems nowdays. People must control yourselves in eating of course. They should count calories. P 3 : As for me I don’t smoke. Smoking makes teeth yellow, skin unhealthy. It causes a cough, a headache, a cancer. P 4 : Smoking is not useful for our health. If a person smokes a lot he or she will be ill. And smoking affects the people around you. P 5 : drinking alcohol is not useful for our health too. It makes speech unclear. Drinking too much alcohol causes heart disease, brain disease. P 6 : I think that taking drugs is very dangerous for people. It is harmful for teenagers and grown-ups.
P 7 : I suppose that it is bad for health sleeping too much or too little. Eating between meals and skipping breakfast, snacking regular lead to stomach disease. T: Good, thank you. These bad habits are really deadly.

Paul takes care of his health. He goes in for sports. Paul loves sport very much. He does some sport every day. After school on Mondays he goes running with some friends for about half an hour. Then he goes swimming before he goes home for dinner. He also plays in two school teams. On Wednesday he plays football at school and on Friday evening he plays in the table tennis team. On Saturday and Sunday morning he goes swimming again. He also cycles to school every day except Sunday. On Sunday afternoon he does his favourite sport – sleeping. T: But not only sport helps us to be healthy. Our health depends on environmental influence. Sergey made the presentation about environmental influence. Listen to him, please. Then you say the main idea of his presentation. (Ученик представляет свою презентацию “Environmental influence”) P: I’d like to tell you about environmental influence. I think pollution has direct influence on people’s life. Our plants and factories put their waste materials into water and atmosphere and pollute the environment. There are many kinds of transport in our cities, that’s why we must pay attention to the protection of the health of the people. Polluted air of cities makes a lot of health problems. It can cause different diseases. Clean air and water make people’s life healthier and better. As a result people’s life becomes longer and happier. XII. Составление синквейна
Учитель объясняет, что такое синквейн и приводит примеры. Синквейн – пятистрочная стихотворная форма. Первая строка — тема синквейна, заключает в себе одно слово (обычно существительное или местоимение), которое обозначает объект или предмет, о котором пойдет речь. Вторая строка — два слова (чаще всего прилагательные или причастия), они дают описание признаков и свойств выбранного в синквейне предмета или объекта. Третья строка — образована тремя глаголами или деепричастиями, описывающими характерные действия объекта. Четвертая строка — фраза из четырёх слов, выражающая личное отношение автора синквейна к описываемому предмету или объекту.
